You don't have to be in shape to do our program. We help get you there - no judgements, no pressure, just support.
Its just one class per week - for one hour.
We can work around just about ANY limitation. Just ask. People can even do this from a wheelchair!
Most of our students and instructors are over the age of 35, and many are over the age of 40.
And... we have a VERY SUPPORTIVE group of teachers and students! No big egos at this school - we promote, and enforce a "student mindset", that is always be open minded, ready to learn, and to remember that everyone here is trying to overcome something!
